Get Gum Out
fast. The Gum-Out kit is a very effective method specifically developed to
remove chewing gum from carpets, upholstery and clothing.
It will
also remove the sticky residue from labels. Our Gum-Out kit contains:
- 1 x 250ml
Container of Gum-Out,
- 2 x 8ml
refillable applicator syringes,
- 2 x
polypropylene gum removal spatulas,
- 2 x pairs
latex rubber gloves.
Each
Gum-Out will, subject to correct use at the recommended rate of 2ml, remove 125
pieces of gum.
Usage Instructions:
To remove chewing gum from carpets, clothing or upholstery, snap off applicator nozzle cover and place nozzle beneath the edge of the gum wad. Gently press the plunger to apply the Gum-Out solution in 3 or 4 separate places, to ensure wetting the area beneath the gum.
Where clothing is involved, apply Gum-Out directly onto the back of the cloth, behind the gum wad. Replace nozzle and cover after use.
Allow Gum-Out to soak in for 15-30 minutes or longer if required. Remove the chewing gum wad with the provided spatula or a knife. Cleanse the area with Altex, water or a mild carpet detergent to remove any residue.
Gum-Out should not really be used on foam rubber backed carpets. Care should also be taken if applying Gum-Out to carpets/carpet tile edging where adhesives have been used. If in doubt, undertake a test on a small area to determine results.
TO ENSURE EASE OF USE, REFILL THE APPLICATOR AFTER EACH USE FILLING IT TO APPROX HALF FULL. THIS WILL AVOID ANY LEAKAGE.

- Eye Contact: Wash eyes thoroughly with water
- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting due to risk of aspiration into the lungs.
- Call a doctor immediately.

- Keep out of reach of children.
Contents: Anionic and non-ionic detergents, aliphatic hydrocarbons, fragrance. Use in ventilated area.
